I returned to India from the US in mid-1995 to develop business in Japan and Asia-Pacific. I successfully built the Japan business into a $35 million-per-year business by 2003. Further, I was deputed to the UK in 2003 as a Senior VP to focus and grow the telecom business, I was instrumental in growing it 10 fold in 6 years from $39 million to around $400 million.

In 2008, I was chosen to lead 4 of the top 10 global accounts for Wipro which accounted to $200 million annually. The last role I held in Wipro was as Senior VP – Telecom & Prod Engineering based in Europe.

Since 2013 onwards, I have been nurturing my passion to create a difference as an entrepreneur through my organisation ReligentGlobal. We create predictable outcome and derisking of strategies for the enterprises in their quest to harness capacity and capability in an ever increased disruptive world.

We also consult and advise International MNCs looking to expand their presence in India or Vice Versa for Indian startups to go global and to target International Markets.

Currently, I coach & mentor startup founders in various domains like, Entrepreneurship, Product Marketing, Sales Management, Investments and Bootstrapping. I have been on the board of several technology startups since last 4 - 5 years and guide budding entrepreneurs to scale their businesses.
